• Statement of Good Faith: A declaration stating your good faith belief that the disputed use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

• Statement of Truthfulness: A confirmation, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Note: Submissions lacking any of these statutory requirements may result in an inability to act upon your request.

3. EXPEDITIOUS REMOVAL & ACCESS DISABILITY

Upon receipt of a legally sufficient DMCA notification, MAURICE A. AGNES LLC reserves the right to take immediate remedial action. This includes, but is not limited to, the removal of the specific product listing or disabling access to the disputed material within our water cup and bottle collections. 4. COUNTER-NOTIFICATION RIGHTS

If your product content was removed due to a mistake or a misidentification of the material, you are entitled to submit a Counter-Notice. This document must include:

• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of error or misidentification.

• A statement of consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or California, if located outside the U.S.), and that you will accept service of process from the original complaining party.

5. REPEAT INFRINGER MANDATE

Binkmaied maintains a strict "Zero Tolerance" policy regarding repeat infringement. We reserve the absolute right to terminate the accounts or business relationships of any supplier, user, or vendor found to be repeatedly involved in the unauthorized use of intellectual property. We conduct regular internal audits of our Portable water bottle and Household glass supply chains to ensure all featured designs align with original manufacturing authorizations.
