Return and Refund policy

To maintain a professional and secure shopping environment for our customers, we have established the following rigorous standards for returns and reimbursements. This policy applies to all our specialized collections, including the Household glass water cup, Household tall drinking cup, and Portable water bottle series.

1. MANDATORY PRODUCT VERIFICATION & ERROR REPORTING

Upon the arrival of your Binkmaied order, we require an immediate inspection of the items.

  • Reporting Window: If you discover any manufacturing flaws, structural defects, or logistical discrepancies, please notify our support team at support@binkmaied.com within 48 hours of receipt.

  • Resolution Process: Timely reporting is vital to allow us to initiate a priority replacement or a full credit for the affected merchandise.

2. STATUTORY CONDITIONS FOR RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We provide a 30-day return window, starting from the confirmed date of delivery. To uphold the hygiene and safety standards of our drinkware, all returns must strictly meet these criteria:

  • Pristine State: The product ust be completely unused, in its original condition, and free from any signs of wear.

  • Original Packaging: All designer labels, brand tags, and protective packaging must remain intact and included.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid digital receipt or order confirmation must be provided with the return request.

3. FORMAL AUTHORIZATION & RMA PROTOCOL

To ensure operational transparency, Binkmaied utilizes a standardized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) system:

  • Initial Submission: All returns must be formally initiated via support@binkmaied.com.

  • Approval & Instructions: Once your request is verified, you will be issued a specific RMA number and the address of our designated return facility.

  • Unsanctioned Shipments: Any parcels sent to our facilities without a valid RMA number will be rejected and will not qualify for a refund.

4. ALLOCATION OF LOGISTICAL EXPENSES

  • Defect-Related Returns: If a return is necessary due to a verified product defect or an error on our part, Binkmaied will cover all associated return shipping costs.

  • Customer-Initiated Returns: For returns based on personal preference or "change of mind," the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Please note that original shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.

5. NON-RETURNABLE & EXEMPT CATEGORIES

Due to safety regulations and the specialized nature of certain items, the following are ineligible for return:

  • Personalized Goods: Any drinkware that has been tailored or customized to specific user requirements.

  • Final Sale Items: Merchandise explicitly marked as "Final Sale" or digital gift certificates are exempt from return or exchange.

6. EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY CANCELLATION RIGHT

In compliance with EU consumer protection directives, residents of the European Union have the legal right to cancel or return their order for any reason within 14 days of delivery. The merchandise must still adhere to our "unused" and "original condition" requirements to qualify.

7. PROCESSING AND REMITTANCE OF REFUNDS

Following the receipt and successful quality inspection of your return:

  • Quality Audit: Our team will conduct a final verification to ensure the product meets all return eligibility standards.

  • Disbursement: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Timeline: Please allow 10 business days for our internal processing. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3 to 5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
