5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT TAXES
Binkmaied operates on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. The recipient is considered the importer of record and is responsible for all customs duties, import tariffs, and local taxes levied by the destination country. These statutory fees are determined by local government regulations and are not included in our shipping charges.

Transit Damages: If your items arrive with visible damage or compromised integrity, please notify support@binkmaied.com within 72 hours of receipt. Please include photographic evidence of the damage so we can expedite a replacement or a full reimbursement.
